Yesterday two of our pupils were chosen to represent the school at a fundraising event ran by Covea Insurance. They held a Christmas Fair with lots of stalls which sold the cards and decorations made by our pupils. A big thank you once again to Covea for all their fundraising efforts this year.
Pupils had fun today raising money for Children in Need, they really enjoyed the superhero theme and all took part in the games and activities. The cake sale this afternoon was a big hit!
We would like to say a big thank you EMC Business Management for holding their sporting challenge. They raised over £350 which is fantastic, so Thank You!! We will post an update soon to let you know what we have bought with the donation.
Pupils are enjoying a French theme day today. This morning they have been making an Eiffel Tower from cardboard boxes and newspaper and making a hand print French flag. Students have also been on a ‘bus tour’ around Paris to see the Famous Landmarks and visited a French café to taste some traditional French food. They are all really enjoying the day so far.
Thanks to all our friends at Covea Insurance, Kings Hills for the recent donation. We are grateful to all the staff at Covea for their recent efforts on our behalf and hope they are enjoying all the activities they are undertaking. Thank you to all of our supporters for their continuing efforts for our pupils.
We are delighted to announce that this year’s Social Festival will be raising money for Quest School.

Our secondary age pupils enjoyed a trip to Hastings today. They did a treasure hunt on the beach and had a paddle in the sea. They also went on the fairground rides and enjoyed an ice-cream in the sun!! All pupils had a great day and we were very lucky with the weather!
We were delighted to welcome our dear friends David Bracey and Desmond High (also known as ‘The Big Stride’ – www.BigStrideOut.co.uk ) to Quest recently.
They both undertook a walk of over 150 miles from Birmingham to London via the Grand Union Canal back last Autumn – no mean feat as they decided they would set a five day target to complete the walk!
The outcome was that they managed to raise £25,000 and shared this between their chosen charities:
We were delighted to receive the donation and we are using the funds to provide play equipment and IT for our pupils as well as specialist training for our staff.
To celebrate the efforts of David and Desmond, Quest held a joint presentation and we were delighted that our patrons Derek Underwood MBE and his partner Pat were able to join with us to present the cheques to all of the recipient charities.
Well done to all and a particularly big thank you to David and Desmond!
Yesterday our Key Stage 1&2 pupils visited Tonbridge Fire Station, they had a really good time and enjoyed looking in the fire engine and using the hose.
